Minecraft: Rise of Izuzunu

”Aka ” ”Aka ” ”Aka ” ”Aka! ”

A female voice cried out. Its pitch black, but the heat is burning Akas entire body. His eyes slowly opens as he sees a girl right in front of him. He couldn speak. The bright sun shines onto Akas eyes, the sands touch his head and his hands, he hears sounds. The sounds of guns, the sounds of explosions, the sounds of men screaming in the background, the sound of… a Warzone.

PRESENT DAY

Its the evening. Almost entirely dark. A boy is on the floor in the middle of the woods. His eyes are closed. Hes wearing an all black hoodie, black joggers, and some blood on his left sleeves. His hair bright brown at the time that the sunlight shines through the pine trees and onto him. Its Aka. There is a backpack on his right side next to his face.

He wakes up with a hard inhale and screams. He gets on his knees and throws up a couple of times. He breathes heavily because he is confused. Aka hits his head a couple of times with his hands; He couldn recall his past or even where he came from. Aka decides to calm himself down by slowly breathing. He looks at his surroundings to find a lot of pine trees surrounding him as the sunlight shines through the trees making the area visible. ”Where am I? ” He asks himself.

RISE OF IZUZUNU

VOLUME 1, CHAPTER 1, SURVIVE

MIDDLE OF NOWHERE

He gets up from the floor and slowly walks into a random direction. Quietly walking around and exploring. As he walks to a nearby tree with blood splattered on it, two little boys appear behind the tree scaring him. The two boys are wearing all black outfits almost the same as him with blood on their sweater. ”Sir, do you know where we
e at? ” The little boy asked while his entire body is shaking, hes frightened. ”No… ” He answered as hes panicking. ”I- I-…. ” His hands are shaking ”I can remember anything. Why can I remember!? ” He asks the two boys. ”We don know.. We can remember a thing too ” The boys replied in fear. ”I suggest we should all calm down.

Everyone calms down. ”Im George and this is my friend Mikey ” George says while Mikey still shaking a bit. Mikeys bright blonde hair shines from the light of the sun with bright blue eyes. George has dark black hair with dark purple eyes. They have unique features Aka thought to himself. ”Im.. ” He makes up a name ”Im Aka ”

Browns hair and dark brown eyes. ”You guys look a little too young, how old are you guys? ” Aka asks both of them.

Mikey replies ”Im 9 and my friend is 10 ”

”W- wait.. you guys know eachother? ”

”Yeah why? ”

”Its nothing ” Aka looks at the sky to see that it is almost completely dark ”Its almost night… we better find some shelter ”

They all dash through the forests and to a nearby river they can hear. Aka grabs a rock from the floor ”We should be able to make a fire if we bang rocks together ”

”Does that work? ” George wondered.

”I don know, I just made that up ”

They are out of the pine forest and are heading towards an oak. They all find a place they think they can camp the night at. They put rocks around a circle and grabs sticks from the floors to make a fire.

Minutes later Mikey finds a flint stone as for George, he finds a deep dark cave ”I found a.. cave ” He shouted out at the camp in the distance ”Ill go- go find.. some iron if there is any ” George tried to be brave as he stuttered his sentence.

”Be back soon! ” Aka shouted back. George goes down into the cave. It is almost night. The sun is completely not visible. Aka finally finishes making his axe ”Watch out Mikey ”

Mikey moves while Aka walks pass him and swings his axe around to see if it is usable.

”What are you doing? ” Mikey asked. ”Im checking if we can use this axe to cut this tree down. We might need wood to make a house if no help arrives for us ” Aka explained.

”Smart. By the way, we never asked for your age ” Mikey realized. Aka swinging his axe on the tree ”Im 14 ” He remembers. The tree finally tips over and drops to the ground.

”It worked! ” Mikey shouted. Mikey runs over to Aka and helps him with the tree ”Good thing I made two ” Aka hands Mikey another axe.

THE CAVES

”God damn coal, all I see is coal.. Wait coal! We could use this for fire! ” George yells in the cave as his voice echos. He turns to the left and finds a bit of iron. ”Iron! ” He shouted out happily. ”Yes! This is good! ”

He then hears a growl in the distance of the caves hall. George quiets down a bit as his legs shiver. It sounds like a dangerous creature. George walks backwards to try to avoid whatever that monster is. He turns around and finds a person with bright white, gray, and black covering his entire body. His hair almost all gone with dark black veins surrounding his entire body; black blood drips from his mouth with scars and bruises everywhere.

George screams very loud Aka and Mikey could hear him in the distance from the camp. George screams louder and the creature tries to slash George with its claws.

”Mikey! We gotta go get George! ” Aka shouted. He runs with all the wooden weapons he made. George dashes out of the cave carrying iron and coal in his arms ”Aka! ” He shouted as he runs from the creature ”Aka, Mikey! Run! ”

As George gets a little closer Aka looks at the dark cave to see a bunch of creatures with dark blood dripping down their face. ”What the hell!? ” Aka shouted as he stood there panicking. Aka decides to run for it with George, but Mikey was still standing there, panicking. Aka runs to grab Mikey and carries him as they run from the creatures. Aka struggles to carry Mikey ”Mikey, You fatass! ”

The creatures chase them around the campsite. Aka falls to the ground from the weight of Mikey. George stops running and turns back ”You guys alright!? ”

The creatures stopped too. Aka, Mikey, and George are surrounded from every direction. The kids breathe heavily as the creatures slowly walk closer. ”What are we gonna do? ” Mikey asks; his whole body shaking.

”Take this ” Aka gives them both stone swords; he uses a wooden sword. ”When I say 1, 2, 3, we attack them all at once. ”Thats impossible! Look around! ” George shouted at Aka.

”Just do it! ” Aka yelled

”3 ”

”2 ”

”1! ”

They were about to attack until one of the creature runs into the others. Aka realizes it was holding some kind of tnt in its pocket. Aka backs away and notices that its about to explode.

”Mikey, George, watch out! ” Aka screamed out.

Aka and the rest jumps from the explosion while almost all the creatures die.

”What the hell! ” Mikey shouted. More creatures with blood dripping down and short monster appears.

Aka wondered ”I don get it… What the hell is this place? ”

”I don know ” George answered.

Mikey and George stood in horror as they watch the some dead bodies come to life. The bodies were moving on its own. They are all confused and scared right now. The creatures jump and runs after the kids.

”Mikey! Watch out! ” Aka attempts to cover them. It didn hit them; instead another bloody creature runs into the bodies and fell onto the grounds.

The bloody creature turns back at the bodies and growls loudly. The other bloody creatures rush to it and begins biting and scratching it.

Aka whispered in his thoughts ”This is our chance ” He tells Mikey and George ”Come on! We gotta go! ”

They run to take cover in the unfinished house. Aka slams the door shut. George and Mikey breathes heavily.

Aka slightly opens the door to see all the monsters with fighting; they were still killing eachother; Aka shuts the door ”We
e safe here for now ”

”Just rest for now ”

”But- What was that?? ” Mikey becomes confused and scared as they all take a seat on the wooden floor.

”I don know ” Aka whispered ”Just rest…. well think about this tomorrow ”.

Aka rests his head on the floor and try to fall asleep to the sounds of the creatures fighting. Aka is frightened in the house with no roof. Mikey and George decides to join Aka as they laid their body down on the floor. Aka slows his breathing and goes to sleep.

THE NEXT DAY

Aka is still asleep. George and Mikey is outside chopping down wood to finish up the house.

”Aren you scared we might come across those.. creatures again? ” Mikey asked George, still frighten from last night.

”I am… come on, help me with this. Well talk about this when Aka wakes up ” George answered.

Mikey stood there and looked back at the house. George notices ”Come on, Mikey. The creatures are gone ”

Mikey looks back at the tree. ”Mikey, go get me some iron would you? ” George asked Mikey to get him Iron from the cave. Mikey answered in a fearful voice ”Huh? ” he took two steps back.

Mikey thinks about his answer if he wants to go do it or not. ”Okay ” Mikey uttered

He turns around and head towards the cave with his legs shaking. ”Mikey, Youll need this sword ” Mikey takes it from Georges hands ”Use this ” George says to Mikey.

George gets back to work on the house porch. He never learned how to build, but for some reason it seems easy for him ”Hm ” George thought.

Mikeys in the cave mining iron with a pickaxe. ”Gotta get some iron for George. Getting iron for George ” He says to calm himself down.

”Aka gotta do things too. He can just lay in the house all day- ” Mikey was cut off by a sound in the distance. He turns his head towards the sound in the distance with a frightened face. He picks up all the iron and runs out of the cave panicking ”Oh hell nah! ”

Aka wakes up and gets up from the ground. He opens the door to see George working on the porch. ”What are you doing? ” Aka asked.

”Im making a porch ” George replied.

”Help! ” Mikey screams in the distance and falls to the ground. The creature with blood dripping all over the floor is back. The creature tried to attack them, but stops. It then screeches and screams as its entire body is burning. Aka looks at the sun and sees the damage its doing to the creature. Mikey looks at it with a frighten face as George runs to Mikey. ”Mikey! Hey! You alright man? ”

George helps Mikey up and they all look at the creatures corpse. ”What the hell ” George whispers.

Aka realized it now ”The sun ”

”What? ” George asked.

Aka tells them ”The sun! Thats our weapon against the monsters! ”

”What do you mean weapon? ” George confused, but Mikey gets it.

Mikey explained ”The sun burned the monster. We could use that as an advantage to only come out during a sunny day ”

”Correct ” Aka says ”So you know what, I think we should explore ”

”What do you mean explore? Have you seen the creatures that lives in this world?? ” George shouted because hes scared.

Aka gives George a good reason ”Yes, weve all seen them, but we have to explore and hopefully find a nearby town to ask them for help or.. maybe even the answers about the creatures ”

George calms down and thought about it ”Okay then… lets do it ”

”Alright, we need someone to stay here and build the house ” Aka said.

”Ill stay ” George tells them.

”But we will need another person to find food- ”

”Me! I can get you guys some food. I found a lot of cows and sheeps while going to the cave ” Mikey cuts off Aka.

”You sure you won be scared? ”

”I won ”

Aka smiled and grabs his swords ”Sounds like a plan to me. Lets go! ”

They all split up to go do their own jobs for today. Aka travels pass a mountain looking for sign of human life. George is back at the house chopping wood down. Mikey is out on a hunt for food ”Im sorry cows ” He decapitated their heads.

As Aka was on the mountain, he saw something in the distance. Its a house! ”A village! ” Aka shouted out loud running down the hill.

At the village ”Whos that? ” an adult in the village asks his friends. ”Everyone be friendly. I think we found a survivor ” He says.

Aka breathes heavily as he made it to the village. ”Guys! ” He breathes harder ”I need your help! ”

”What- with what? ” The villagers asked.

”I woke up in the middle of the woods and last night I saw these creatures with blood all over its face and some dead bodies coming to life-! ”

Aka was cut off by the old man in the village ”Thats enough.. It seems that you are new to this world ” he says.

Aka asked ”What? ”

The old man tells a girl to take Aka in ”Hey, take Aka to your place and explain everything ”

A girl walks up to Aka ”Ill give you shelter at my place, come on ” She takes him to the house.

Aka is uncomfortable as he sat on the chair in the dining room. ”Shes cooking food ” Aka said to himself ”This seems a bit awkward ”

She gives him a huge plate filled with delicious looking food. Aka grabs a piece of chicken and bites onto it. ”It- its good ” Aka stuffed more food into his mouth. ”Everyone loves my cooking ” She smiled.

A few hours has passed by and Aka is starting to ask questions. The room was quiet, so he wanted to change that ”So….what are these monsters or… weird looking creatures here for? ”

She stops pouring tea into the cup. She looks at Aka with a serious face. She sits on the couch next to Aka and began explaining ”Well we call them brutes ”

Aka was relieved ”Finally… answers ”

She continued ”They are the monsters of this world. We don know how or when they got here, but they come out at night. The flying brute. The fly around in the skies and are called Kepdragons. They creep up on you sometimes and kill you without you even knowing ”

”Kepdragons.. ” Aka spoke.

She continued ”The brute with the messed up face and blood all over the body are called zombies. There are plenty more I can explain yet because you haven seen them. The deadliest one is a black figure with blue eyes, it can run super fast ”

The whole time, Akas face was shocked and frightened.

”Ill explain every brute I know… and then you will spend the night here okay? ” She says.

”No, I can spend the night here; my friends need me and they
e out there still ” Aka says.

”Okay ” She says to Aka.

After the girl explained the brutes to Aka, she tells him about the last one ”This is the last brute we know of…. We call it… the Kaimog Dragon. It is very deadly and it lives in a place called The Dark Dimension ”

”I see ” Aka looks down at the teacup.

”And the dragon can also-! ” ”Bong ” ”Bong ” the sounds of a bell was ringing loudly outside as it cuts off the girls sentence.

Aka and the girl jumps off the couch. They both looked at eachother and then runs outside to see everybody running for their lives.

She realized ”This is what Ive told you about! The Kalkruts! They raid small towns like ours! ” She shouted at Aka and then grabs him ”Boy! Run now! Run to your friends! ”

”No ” He said to her.

”What? ” She was confused.

”I can leave you and everyone here to die! ” Aka shouted.

”Listen to me! You need to leave now! You got that!? This isn your village, your friends need you the most! ” She convinced Aka to leave.

Aka stood there afraid and didn know what to do until he listened.

Aka backs away, about to run until she spoke again ”Hey! ”

”Huh? ” Aka asked.

She replied ”Whats your name? ”

Aka answered her question ”My names Aka ” He stuck with the same name.

”Vonda ” She says her name as she runs toward a huge crowd to join the battle.

Aka runs through the village. The whole village is on fire as he runs through people dying everywhere. He sees a lot of brutes Vonda was telling him about ”Kalrhinos! Mindmasters! Kalkruts! I have to get back to camp! ”

Aka runs through the mountains and into the woods. He cannot see anything as he enters a dark roofed forest. He quickly makes a torch, then turns around to find three zombies standing there. Aka gasps in fear as he swings his sword chopping off the first zombies head. Aka gets up and runs through the woods as more and more zombies chase him.

”So the zombies do come out in the daytime, just where its dark! ” Aka shouted.

Aka bangs onto the door very loudly ”Guys! Its me! ”

Mikey gets up to open the door and Aka rushes through inside the house.

”What happened!? Why are you panicking!? ” George shouted and asked.

Aka began to speak ”A village was under attacked by these the Kalkruts ”

”Kalkruts? ” Mikey asked.

Aka explains to them about the brutes and other stuff. Mikey and George is terrified about it ”What? ”

”So thats what it is? ” George says.

”Yeah ” Aka spoke.

As things calm down, Aka wants to do something.

Aka grabs the red roses and the wools in the chest. He creates something that looks like a flag, a banner.

”What are you doing, Aka? ” George asked.

”Izuzunu… Our new country, our new town ” Aka spoke.

”I see ” Mikey says.

”I plan on starting a new town for people to protect one another. We will start a military and protect eachother from the Kalkruts and the brutes of this world! ” Aka shouted.

”Izuzunu! ” George and Mikey shouted.

”And I am.. and will be… the first President of Izuzunu ”
