Staring at the man, he noticed that his long hair was white with golden eyes.

Currently, he was holding the hands of his daughter who was asleep and her body had grown thinner to the point that the shape of her bones could be seen.

This time it was the wife who spoke, and just like the man, she was exhausted.

Daniel shook his head at his question.

”She had been in the same position and the same bed for one year ” The man and the wife began crying.

”Which is why I wouldn blame you if you fail to heal her from this disease, and you wouldn need to worry about the penalty fee if you wish to cancel the quest ”

”But I want you to try. So…can you help us, please…? ” The man seemed to be at the end of his needs. He was desperate after trying every possible means.

He lowered the rank of the quest to the lowest, hoping someone could heal his daughter. He cast away his dignity and pride as all of it was worthless at the mercy of his daughter.

Due to her dormant trait Frost Queen, thats at the Legendary rank, her body could sustain its life however it can.

Since she has yet to be awakened, her dormant trait could only defend herself passively, otherwise, the damage to her soul and the toxin will disappear if she awakens.

For more information, the toxin is capable of hiding the causes which can be unseen by other awakeners unless they have inspection abilities that are ranked higher than the Legendary rank.

The solution to the cure is that she needs to awaken as soon as possible.

As Daniel read the information, he frowned his eyes and couldn help but think how evil can people be.

Why must they do this…? He felt pain in his heart, especially for someone whos his age.

He gritted his teeth and couldn imagine how such people could harm innocent lives.

”It seems that she has been poisoned that caused her soul to be damaged ” Daniel explained to the man.

”What!? Poisoned!? ” The man had a shock in his life including his wife as he never expected this.

”Who…Who dares to do this!? ” Immediately, both of their auras leaked out, causing cracks all over the walls, but he calmed down seconds later.

”Young man…are you sure? Although I want to know how this happens, you surely do realize that lying to us will result in a negative end? ”

He wasn stupid to conclude that perhaps the young man possessed a skill that allowed him to inspect.

But the question is, how powerful is it?

At some point, they had a hunch that their daughter was poisoned since there weren any records of diseases with symptoms like hers
